The design of the production line fully reflects the diversity and the flexibility in the field of building materials of environmental protection. It can produce PC artificial stone products, ecological permeable bricks, blocks, and a variety of green building materials. 

The scheme takes steel slag as the core raw material. PC artificial stone, wall bricks, solid brick, paving stone, curbstone, lawn block, bricks for airports and container terminals and other products are produced, by the multipurpose block/stone integrated machine.

produced different specifications bricks of different properties. 

The advanced chip servo vibration system is adopted. The directional vibro excitation of high frequency is achieved. The block making is completed in an instant. The uniform of the force on both sides of the wet block and the consistent of the density are guaranteed.

The PLC intelligent control system is adopted by the production line, which means that the equipment can be completed complex operational tasks automatically, and made intelligent adjustments according to the requirements of production.
